Managing Collect

Making a refund

From Quick Pay

  1. Tap Collect > Quick Pay
  2. Select the payment you want to refund
  3. Tap ⠇ > Refund
  4. Enter a refund amount, or leave it as is for a full refund
  5. Tap Refund Amount and confirm your action

From Campaigns

  1. Tap Collect > Campaigns
  2. Select the Campaign and choose transaction(s) you want to refund
  3. Tap ⠇ > Refund
  4. Enter a refund amount, or leave it as is for a full refund
  5. Tap Refund Amount and confirm your action

Managing Quick Pay settings

You can choose to charge a Service Fee and collect extra information from your customers who pay with Quick Pay.

  1. Tap Collect > Quick Pay.
  2. Tap the Settings icon.
  3. Toggle Markup to apply your markups to all payments through Quick Pay.
  4. Toggle Service Fee on or off to control whether the fee is added to your customer’s total.
  5. Under Custom Fields, tap Add to include a new field. Choose from the available fields or create a new one. To remove a field, tap Delete.

Editing a Campaign

You can update your Campaign details anytime to keep your information current or make adjustments.

  1. Tap Collect > Campaign
  2. Select the Campaign you want to edit
  3. Tap ⠇ > Edit
  4. Update any fields as needed
  5. Tap Update Campaign

Your Campaign page will be updated with the new details.

Adding a Campaign goal

Goals give your Campaign focus. Set a target amount and deadline to clearly communicate your goal. Once the goal is reached, your Campaign will automatically stop accepting new payments.

You can add a goal while creating a new Campaign or updating an existing one.

To add a goal to an existing Campaign:

  1. Tap Collect > Campaign
  2. Select the Campaign you want to edit
  3. Tap ⠇ and select Edit
  4. Tap Customise and toggle on Add Goal
  5. Enter your target amount and choose a deadline
  6. Tap Update Campaign

You cannot edit the currency of an already created Campaign.

Campaign Status

Campaigns can be Enabled, Disabled, or Completed. You can view a Campaign's status from your Campaign activity page or by tapping directly on the Campaign.

Deactivating a Campaign

When you create a Campaign, it is automatically set to Enabled, but you can deactivate it anytime, even if the Campaign goal has not been reached.

To deactivate a Campaign:

  1. Tap Collect > Campaign
  2. Select the Campaign you want to deactivate
  3. Tap ⠇ > Disable
  4. Confirm your action, and the Campaign status will be set to Disabled

Completing a Campaign

If a Campaign has a goal, it will automatically switch to Completed once that goal is reached.
